01 SUMMARY

14+ years building enterprise software; the last three shipping GenAI to production. Today I consult to Bio-Rad Laboratories (Fortune-500 US life sciences) as their AI Forward Deployed Engineer — business teams across HR, Sales, Finance, Regulatory and Operations in APAC and the US bring me problems, and I own everything from first conversation to deployed, adopted system. Built my own agentic delivery lifecycle (ADLC) to run 4–5 builds in parallel. Before this: founded Ethos's AI-first FDE practice, shipped an $8.4M no-code B2B SaaS workflow platform at Wells Fargo, scaled a 0→1 logistics platform 10× at Loadshare, and spent 7 years at Adobe in engineering.

Independent AI Consultant — Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

Client: Bio-Rad Laboratories — Fortune-500 US life sciences · APAC + US stakeholders · Bengaluru / remote

Own the "AI Business Support — APAC" program end-to-end: intake, prioritization, architecture, build, UAT and rollout across 15+ initiatives spanning HR, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Operations and IT.
Built ADLC, a staged agent pipeline (S0–S9) with human decision gates and solution-owner agents holding full project memory — running 4–5 builds in parallel behind an operator console.
Took HR's resume-screening problem from first brief to an SSO-hosted pilot in ten weeks: rubric + LLM two-layer scoring, bias critic, 7-role RBAC, audit trail, ~560 automated tests, DPDP Act considered from day one.
Regulatory document AI for Saudi, Korea, AU/NZ and UK–China shipments — AI invoice extraction, ~20 auto-filled declaration variants, DocuSign routing; plus statutory HR automation meeting India's 48-hour full-&-final deadline.

2025 — 2026

Senior Technical Product Manager — AI & FDE · Ethos

US insurtech · founded the AI-first Forward Deployed Engineering practice

Founded the practice from scratch and scaled it across 4 engineering teams; cut partner-issue resolution time ~40% — 1,500+ issues resolved, 6 insurance agencies onboarded.
Evolved bug triage into a full agent pipeline — Triage → Investigate → Plan → Fix (supervised PRs) — over Slack, Jira and a self-built RAG base of 1,000+ tickets, PRDs and Figma specs.
Built an SDLC agent with a self-evaluation loop scoring its output against human-merged PRs; multi-agent product-discovery pipeline turning research into concepts ~60% faster.
